Job Description:
This role involves crafting a variety of beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
- Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and outgoing personality.
- Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- High school diploma; relevant training certificate (e.g., Bartending License) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment for extended hours.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the festival schedule.
