Job Description:

This role involves crafting a variety of beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications:‍

• Minimum of two years of experience working as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and outgoing personality.
• Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• High school diploma; relevant training certificate (e.g., Bartending License) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment for extended hours.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the festival schedule.
