This giveaway is open to residents of Canada aged 18 and over. Employees of Magnetic World, Beta Entertainment, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

- Prizes may be paid out in monetary value for certain items at the discretion of the organizers.
- The value of the giveaway items is determined by the organizers and may vary based on demand and other factors.
- The winner will be announced on July 31.
- The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- If the event does not take place as scheduled, all prizes will be postponed to a later date.
- The vacation voucher prize will only be available starting October 15, contingent on the event’s completion.
- Magnetic World, Beta Entertainment, and their affiliates are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the vacation or the event.
- The winner must read and agree to the event's terms of service.

- Magnetic World reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms of Service or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- By participating in this giveaway, participants grant Magnetic World the right to use their name, likeness, and any other information provided in connection with the giveaway for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a third-party service to ensure fairness and impartiality. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Magnetic World.

- All federal, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
